I finally decided to join you Oblivion players! :D
Man, this game is awesome, so awesome in fact, I ended up playing it for hours, non stop! :D
I left the game after taking Martin to the tower up on the hills then going back to that Inn where you have to meet someone.
When I first started the game, because I was still on foot, when I came across a Guard on a horse, I stole it! :cheeky: Later on, I found a ranch with a brown and white horse, and stole that one, jumping over the fence, and galloping off :laff:
My stats:
Race = Imperial
Birth Sign = The Warrior
Class = Barbarian
Level = 4

It is fun :)
Check out the fighter's guild if you're playing a barbarian. Or, you sound a little bit evil. Try murdering someone, and sleep on it :).
Have you been to Skingrad yet? That's my favorite city. I love the bridge to the Count's castle.

Yep, I was visited by someone after I slept! :wot: I haven't done that job yet though. I'm supposed to kill some old guy.
The Fighter's Guild is on my places-to-go list. I have already seen someone about it, so all I have to do is go back to the guild. The Woman who let me join, was sleeping at the time. I broke into her room, waking her up, and after all that, she welcomed me to the Guild! :D
I'll be a member there too then. I'm already a member of the Blades! :sly: I have no idea if that is good or bad at the moment. I've still much to learn! :o
Skingrad? Doesn't sound familiar, so no.

The Darkbrotherhood quest line is awesome. Like really awesome. (That's the guy that visited you and told you to kill the old guy).
Welcome to the fold, just in time for Shivering Isles!

Jeeez, how??? :D
EDIT
The game is awsomely great. However you come to realize that not at the very start of the game but later, when you're through with catacombs and out in the beautiful land of Cyrodiil. An amazing feeling of freedom it gives you increases by the parting words I'm sure we all remember :)

Just started playing it, had it for a while but was busy, not as good as Morrowind (so far). The world is more alive, but all towns have the same feel, no cool places like that huge crabshell town(so fa). What I really hate, all these steep slopes. 80% of the time when you are wandering around you are trying to sidestep your way up, very annoying.

He walked right up that wall by himself! :weird: Every time I got off that horse, he would wander off. When I stopped beside that wall, he started to walk into it, then he discovered his Spiderman ability, and began scaling it! :laff:
Hey, when I was walking to the mountain fortress with Martin and the Priest, I had gone on ahead of them, and I eventually lost them. Just as approached the fortress, they came up behind me, only the Priest was on horseback too! I have no idea where he got that horse from because he wasn't on one when we started the journey!
While I was at the fortress and there were no signs of them, I thought that I'd have to walk all the way back to find them, but to my amazement, they finally showed up. They must have got teleported or something as I saw no signs of them approaching whilst looking down the mountain side. That might be because of detailing though, not being able to see NPC's from miles away or something.
Now where did that Priest get that horse I wonder? :confused: I don't recall passing any stables/ranches.

Well, the only crazy thing I met so far were plants :p (screen attached as soon as I get home :))

The best thing I love about Oblivion is that its world lives it's own life no matter what you do in it. Even horses do :cheeky:
This world existed before you and will exist after you :)
You don't have a feeling like everything's frozen until you pass by and gets frozen again after you leave. In that respect I may forgive Oblivion the rest of tiny bugs and disadvantages. They're really nothing.
