This problem (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1174781#post1174781) has come up before.

Basically avoid resetting the mouse binds and test what you got. If you run into problems you can fix them manually as described in the linked thread.

As a piece of advice, avoid splitting the question between the topic title and the message body. It looks dumb and irritates people, especially when the title ends up extremely ambiguous. Thankfully it's obvious in this case.
