Old Habits .... - by Vipercat

Ever have one of those old habits that you just cant seem to get out of ???:confused:
For as long as I can remember and probably even longer than that every house that I have ever lived in has had a shower with the standard 2 taps underneath the shower head even when it was a shower/bath combination.
But now my life has been thrown into turmoil as the house we are currently in has the taps on the opposite wall to the shower head which is a very good idea because that way you dont scald yourself reaching for the taps if the water is too hot.
I like to stand in the shower with the water running down my back so that I am facing away from the shower head and as a creature of habit I automatically turn around to face the shower head to turn off the taps only now the taps arent there so I have to turn around again and reach over to the opposite wall to turn off the taps. :erg:
No big deal really but I have been living here for 6 months now and still keep turning around every time to turn off the taps but what has become more annoying is that now as I turn I think to myself "no the taps are on the other wall" but my body still continues to turn ... its like an auto pilot that I cant turn off.:mad:
Just wanted to share that with everyone
