I was actually sent home for wearing a Kimono to school!
So what if I wasn't wearing anything else under it...
Next time try a kilt. :cheeky:

Most high school cheerleader uniforms are pretty plain. I don't see why this is an issue. The skirts are about the same length as a tennis skirt.
All this banning that's been going on, it worries me. We're becoming so politically correct and afraid of lawsuits that we're barely human anymore.

I could blame lawyers, but then RBJ and Starrfall would be mad at me.

While I think dress codes are pretty fucking stupid, this actually makes sense. At our school, we had a dress code that was sometimes enforced, yet the cheerleaders got to totally be immune from it, which was just unfair. The preferable solution is to NOT HAVE A STUPID DRESS CODE, but if you are going to have one you might as well enforce it equally.
Of course, as for as THE EVILS OF SEXY, the cheerleaders were pretty mild compared to the "Riderettes" - basically a hip-hop group whose routines largely involved humping inanimate objects and/or eachother.

Now that's a spectator sport I can get behind. :cheeky:

I don't see the problem with cheerleader outfits unless they forget to wear anything under the skirts. Especially as they are school affiliated uniforms. If they can wear them while representing the school at events, then it seems silly to me to say they aren't suitable during school. If they are that bad, then a new, acceptable uniform should be worn instead.
