As for the hearing, she answered every question and he evaded half. What some here want us to swallow is that it is just opinion that evading answering is not a sign of guilt. Sure it isn't proof positive, but when placed against the other side who DID answer every question, many of which were unrelated to the actual incident, it will sway a reasonable person into believing the side which DID answer. Crying, threats, changing the subject, general avoidance, are all signs of not being able to answer honestly without incriminating oneself. Not only that but crying is EMOTIONAL MANIPULATION. Recall what Republicans are accusing Democrats of doing? THAT. Straightforward answers EVEN when you don't know exactly denotes honesty. Evasion does not. THAT is a fact. It would be going against reason to think otherwise.

It's very simple and has been explained before:
1) Bill Binney CREATED the NSA collection system as we know it
2) Bill Binney claims that the Russian signatures in the Guccifer releases were FORGED BY THE CIA
3) If the Guccifer signatures were FORGED then the DNC emails were LEAKED
4) The only LEAKER that Julian Assange referred to is Seth Rich
5) Therefore the DNC and CIA coordinated to kill Seth Rich
Unless Bill Binney is "alt right" then that sequence of events is the only conclusion and should frame EVERY action and behavior
by the DNC and their allies in the news media.

Bill Binney did work for the NSA, but wasn't responsible for the NSA collection system as we know it, since his contribution was passed over for another program, something that seemed to hurt his professional pride a bit, since he did nothing but bitch about the choice nonstop for a number of years. He left the NSA about a month after 9/11, and has gone more and more nutso since then.
On a similar note, you're claiming that the Democrats are trying to stop a candidate from taking office due to the conflicts he'll bring against CIA/FBI/NSA blah blah blah. This ignores the fact that Kavanaugh, like, hell, just about every single person currently in US politics, is a strong believer in the NSA's surveillance program, and has defended it in court.
So your line of theory is based upon some fairly faulty assumptions and leaps of faith.
