How I know this is all a setup:
1) Innocent until proven Guilty. This is above and beyond any other refutation. No corroborating witnesses. All the other named
individuals deny the event.
2) Not a single accuser was a Trump Supporter
3) Major news media and entertainment outlets refer to Ford as "Victim" instead of "Alleged Victim"
4) Major news media and entertainment outlets refer to Kav as "Rapist" instead of "Alleged attempted Rapist"
5) Diane F's office held this info for nearly a month prior to relaying to the Conservatives
6) Maxine Water's office doxxed a large number of the Republican's involved in this process
7) All the "alleged victims" except one have Deep State ties to the DOJ, IRS, and CIA
8) There is literally video Sheila Jackson handing an envelope to Ford's lawyer during the hearing
10) It is now being reported that Diane F. funded Ford's legal team (she is in legal hot water now...)
11) There was no Safeway at the proposed site in 1982. The Safeway at that site registered as a business in 1986
12) Ford was under legal jeopardy for installing the 2nd door for her illegal renters when she had the therapy session that justified the 2nd door
13) Flake was ambushed by supposed assault victims who just happen to work for a Soros backed political group
14) The Democrats are pushing to have the "FBI" investigate, even though we have recent evidence that people like Peter Strzok and Andy McCabe have biased investigations against Trump
15) Peter Strzok's cousin works for Ford's brother at Excelis Inc.

Wording is a common tactic used in the media to subtly bias reporting in a desired direction, to influence viewers.

To all the idiots who think this is a conspiracy, here's a piece of advice: get yourself sexually assaulted, and then see how long it takes you to talk about it. My guess is decades.
Here's a good way to start. Get your head out of your ass, and have someone else penetrate it without your permission. Violently.
I have two words for you. The first one starts with an F. I think you know what the second one is.

That's your opinion, not fact.
That he dodged most of the questions asked him, while Ford was straightforward and to the point with every single question asked her, even those that could potentially harm her own testimony is an outright fact. Kavanaugh was both hostile and furtive, which, were this a jury trial, would work strongly against him.

Watch the hearing again with this in mind.
How would you react if YOU were falsely accused of Rape?
A) Calm Spock-like denial?
B) Anger and outrage?
Option A would only be chosen by a Robotic acolyte in the school of Hillary shills.
Option B is how a REAL HUMAN would react and exactly what we saw with Kavanaugh.
I don't wanna hear about "hypothetical how would you feel?" stuff. I want facts, and strangely enough the left who have been crying for "facts" this whole Administration
now claims that facts are verboten because of "foggy survivor memories" and that we should now judge all these things with "feelings".
Well guess what. I would feel VERY ANGRY if someone falsely accused me of everything they've accused Kav of.
But obviously, in your narrow dogmatic view, only Left Leaning women are capable of having feelings. And only Right wing folks are capable of lying.

I would be absolutely open and honest about everything I've ever done in my entire life. This is not what I'm seeing. And you're missing the point anyway.
nbohr1more on 30/9/2018 at 19:07
Kavanaugh opened the hearing with "I will submit to ANYTHING the committee deems appropriate" but the Dems in the hearing proceeded to ignore that opening
statement and continue to accuse him of "not wanting and FBI investigation". How much further down the road of Civil Liberty violation do you want to go to force
this ideological narrative?
Gray on 30/9/2018 at 19:13
You're still missing the point. Try to shift your view from the accused to the potential victim. That was what my above post was about.
Crudely phrased, yes, and I apologise for that, but I was pissed off with all the stupidity in this thread, and I wanted to make a point that is yet overlooked.
I have known a potential victim, I've seen that side. Never seen the other side, but I'm trying to understand.

Given the circumstances? Professionally.

How is it my opinion and not a fact that he answered questions with questions, changed the subject, claimed witnesses said things they didn’t say, etc?
You're conflating your opinion that is based on an interpretation, with certain objective facts, thus making your opinion falsely appear as a fact.
During the hearing, it is an objective fact that Kavanaugh answered some questions with a question, and at times changed the subject when questioned.
The interpretation of these facts are an
opinion as to how this reflects upon his character, either in a positive, neutral, or negative fashion. Each person will interpret things differently, influenced by their own bias and perceptual ability.
