You're interpretation of Kavanaugh's conduct is an
opinion...
not a fact.
It's not my interpretation. And his conduct speaks for itself.

Yes, it is your interpretation, which forms your opinion...and his conduct will be interpreted differently by different people.
However, it is a fact that the allegations made against him have not been substantiated.

Tip of the day: If you type your opinions in italics, they turn into facts!

It is a fact that Kavanaugh conducted himself the way that he did, as is exhaustively shown in the article I quoted. What I think of it doesn't even matter. What matters are the standards judges are supposed to meet in the US.

But that's your opinion, not fact.
Per contra, this post is - without a shadow of a doubt, I must add - most certainly a fact.

That's your
opinion about his character...not an objective fact.
Says the guy who parades his own opinion as established fact.

How is it my opinion and not a fact that he answered questions with questions, changed the subject, claimed witnesses said things they didn't say, etc?

Do you know that for a fact, though?
Sorry, couldn't resist.
At least nobody has posted the meme yet.

ITT Vae doesn't understand how opinions work.

SNL did a recap of the hearing that's somehow still more tame than the real thing:
