Kav hasn't won yet, though even with a potential quicky FBI investigation looming, we're only delaying the inevitable by a week.

going to have to agree with Flake, it would set most at ease IF there was an investigation and Kav was cleared, BUT opening the investigation just invites more of a shit show and more "victims" to step forward blah blah blah.

It would also allow more victims to step forward.

If anything's gonna be responsible for the downfall of this nation, it'll be the conspiracy theorists, who come out of the woodwork like cockroaches, and make it so that every little thing that happens is part of a greater whole to enslave us, and steal our precious bodily fluids.
They're worse than cockroaches. A cockroach lacks the self-awareness to know that it is vermin.

I just think that if we start picking up every little thing someone did / may not have done across their entire life time, and make that public knowledge, then we're all screwed. Just me thinking that?
Let he who has never tried to rape someone cast the first stone, amirite?

Michael Avenatti, the attorney representing Julie Swetnick in her sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh, issued a stern warning on Friday to Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
“Warning - If the committee advances the nomination this afternoon, my client and I are going to thoroughly enjoy embarrassing @ChuckGrassley @LindseyGrahamSC @tedcruz and all of the other GOP members on the committee this weekend when her story is told and is deemed credible,” he tweeted Friday afternoon.
“And if you think I am bluffing, you have not been paying attention the last 7 months. I don't traffic in nonsense. I traffic in facts and evidence,” he added.

There's only one fake moving forward and that's Trump's nomination for SCOTUS.
