So what if she doesn't remember the party? As Ford said, it was otherwise quite unremarkable, as parties go, and her friend was not assaulted.
Also, Kavanaugh falsely claimed at the hearing that Ford's friend had refuted the story, when it didn't in fact happen. Should a guy who's willing to lie like that, or at the very least not bother to establish facts, really be a judge on any court?

Ford said her friend was there blah blah blah, her friend said she doesn't remember nor know WTF Ford was talking about, that sounds like refuting Fords BS account..............

Ford didn't claim that her friend remembers being there. She said her friend was there. Her friend not remembering being there is not refuting the story. Especially when there are good reasons for her not to remember.

Even if Ford is completely wrong, Kav's manifest bullshitting should be disqualifying for the job he's applying to.
EDIT: If Kav is confirmed and sits alongside Clarence Thomas, any new abortion ruling is inevitably going to be framed as sexual predators ordering women what to do with their reproductive organs. Just sayin'.

If anything's gonna be responsible for the downfall of this nation, it'll be the conspiracy theorists, who come out of the woodwork like cockroaches, and make it so that every little thing that happens is part of a greater whole to enslave us, and steal our precious bodily fluids.
This isn't about a woman publicly taking exception to a man she alleges raped her. Oh no. It's obviously a ploy by the Clintons, possibly George Soros, to prevent Real Americans who aren't friendly to their agenda from sitting on the Supreme Court.

Also, her friend actually said she believes Ford.
The burden of investigation is on the Senate, however. It's an issue of evaluating a candidate, after all, not an issue of establishing guilt.
These are serious alleged crimes, and the issue
should be establishing guilt. "Yeah, you're a rapist and you can't be a supreme court judge. It's ok for you to stay on the court of appeals, though". Right. The burden of investigation is on the police in Maryland, since no federal crimes were even alleged to have been committed, and who can only open or decline to open an investigation
when Ford brings the accusation to them. These ladies are alleging felony sexual assault, attempted murder, rape, and assault--all offenses that have no statute of limitations in the state of Maryland. Privacy is no longer a reason to not bring charges. If he's guilty he can be impeached and go to jail for years. If you want credibility, go to the police. Today.
As it is, my allegation against GWB is more credible than Ford's against Kavanaugh. Unlike Ford, I can prove we were in the same place at the same time. FFS, Tocky admits to sex with a minor according to his "Tales" thread. His "judge Moore moment"--if she alleged rape now, would it not be more credible than Ford's allegation? There's more evidence supporting that than there is Ford.
