This isn't a trial. There isn't enough evidence to convict him of a crime. Considering what this is though, a preponderance of the evidence could be considered enough to judge whether he's worthy of sitting on the Supreme Court.
You could sum the whole thing up with: Who's lying? Kavanaugh, or the 4 women who have accused him?

Which is why every time you compare things to Bill, it seems a waste of time, because men and women should have got somewhere since 1998 when the Bill & Monica tryst came to light. I don't know why it is you're solely blaming the Democrats for this. The Republicans played just as many games by rushing the nomination.
This congress has done nothing BUT play games. First, they block a legitimate candidate from even receiving a hearing, which is literally a dereliction of their constitutional duty, and now they're steamrolling another candidate through before the midterm elections just to get him in.
