I've seen this spreading around among all the crazy Republicans on Facebook. Cuz, you know, if you gotta pay someone for willing perjuring themselves in front of congress, it HAS to be done during the committee, when all of America is watching, and dozens of cameras are on everyone. You can't do it later, like at a restaurant or something. It has to be done RIGHT THERE, when it can be risked being exposed. It's the risk that proves your dedication!

Strange how nobody has mentioned Kavanaugh's threat about how "what comes around goes around". Obviously planning to stick it to somebody. Also he completely missed the irony because of his getting what came around from the Clinton investigation right back to him.
As for the plane thing, I completely understand. I have claustrophobia. I also regularly explore caves to help in alleviating it to some degree. As long as the space isn't too tight for too long I'm okay. Maybe a bit short of breath and panicky but mostly okay. Get me in too tight a spot for too long and it's a different story. Claims of lie in her taking some flights are just desperation to get her for something, anything really, since she came off as completely credible.
Kav on the other hand filibustered to eat up time, constantly ignored questions in order to eek out sympathy with accusations about how hard this has been on him, evaded like a bitch any questions about alcohol consumption or aggressiveness, twisted what is obvious like the yearbook statements, strawmanned, and just generally boo hooed to avoid the hard to answer things. He did not come across as credible.
And when the Republicans prosecutor they had hired started to ask pertinent questions about their boy she was sent packing quick. Graham was a grandstanding blowhard fool cutting in and bleeding his heart out for Kav. Hell, all the repubs were. Never failed to blame the dems for anything they could think of and never once asked anything of Kav of the slightest import. Where Ford got questions aplenty from both sides Kav got nothing but praise during the repubs time. Also he got four times the number of breaks in testimony she did. But then, he did blubber more than she did.

Kav stated he didn't know any of the folks she mentioned even. How is that not an obvious lie? I think they let it go figuring he simply made a mistake in the heat of the moment. LOL at his I was too busy being number one in everything to drink one minute and then accusing others of drinking too the next though.
