Not quite, because of the word "persists". If he did what Ford and Ramirez say, and he came clean when he was accused, and if the misconduct was limited to drunken parties during his school years, then I wouldn't hold it against him now. Bad teenagers can grow up to be good men. On the other hand, if he did what Ford and Ramirez say, and he's lied about it so far but comes clean later, it's too late. Kavanaugh currently occupies one of the most important seats in the judiciary, and if he's been lying to us through the confirmation process then he should lose his job, not be promoted.
EDIT: Please note that I'm not addressing the gang rape accusations.

There's not enough information yet to pass judgment on his accusers, but regardless I don't want to see him confirmed because I don't want the court to move to the right on social issues.
I think a far bigger issue would be him siding with big business and the threat to workers' rights. Garland already seems to be a very business-friendly judge and now that Kavanaugh is very likely to get on the bench, the court would be more anti-union than it has been in a long while.
I'm not saying that the social issues don't matter, but overturning Roe v Wade would invigorate a lot of activism while nobody really seems to give a damn about workers over in the US, because that's communism, apparently.

Wow! Twelve pages of Kavanaugh, at least six of those pages jk....
Why do you need a bike? You should be emaciated by now!!!!
jkcerda on 27/9/2018 at 02:12
Because of my ankles my friend that's why I need the bike, I can ride a bike and get back in shape but I should've still can't run At all.
I'm a bit disappointed Unca, you asking me why I need a bike just means that you did not even read my post my friend. , Did you know that I have to break my kids PD back just so I can buy a vowel and make this post? After all we've been through I will figure that you would at least pay a little attention to me, instead you're just like the wife you only listen to what you want to hear.....
uncadonego on 27/9/2018 at 02:17
Are you serious about your ankles, or is this banter?
uncadonego on 27/9/2018 at 02:17
Seriously......
jkcerda on 27/9/2018 at 03:20
Serious sadly. Can't run much. I ran a couple of weeks ago because I was trying to catch my flight back to CA from Chicago and my right ankle felt STILL feels like shit. That's why I love the bike , had my trek stolen from the back yard , then the Walmart pos got stolen as well. I hope they are being used to go to work as you see plenty of day laborers in bikes around here.

Let's see...now where were we. Ah, yes...the tale of woe and trickery.
The third manufactured bomb was released on Wednesday, as expected. Because this is the day that would yield the most potent effect, the day right before the hearing. Notice that this was the biggest bomb (gang rape), which of course was by design to purposefully escalate the emotional energy, and is perfectly timed for the grand finale.
The two key factors here are the
timed escalation and the
group effect.
The
group effect was established after the third bomb, because three makes a group, and is the number needed to create the illusion of a "pattern of behavior"...that's why I predicted at least three bombs during this constructed time window that the Dems created.
The Dems have now completed "step 2":
Quote:
Step 2 - Use the constructed time window to provide additional unsubstantiated claims of sexual misconduct, in order to establish the illusion of a "pattern of behavior" (pending)
Now they need only "step 3" to achieve victory...again, perfectly timed for Thursday's hearing:
Quote:
Step 3 - Obtain an FBI investigation, which would effectively kill the confirmation, and ideally delay any other confirmations until after November. This would constitute an operational victory for the Dems.
Keep in mind, the Dems don't need to prove anything in order to achieve victory...they only need enough
blind emotional belief.
More specifically, they need people manipulated into thinking thoughts like: "How can we allow this Judge to be confirmed without knowing whether he really is a gang rapist?...We must investigate first!"
"Guilty until proven innocent", is the song of mob rule, and the bane of civilization...and if one were to think that the "end justifies the means", they would be sadly mistaken.
