What kind of
sleazebag you have to be to think like that. If there were such allegations for any candidate, regardless of political affiliation, they should be investigated as soon as possible, and such person should be held responsible for that, if they turned out to be true. Left, right, center, my candidate, your candidate, it doesn't matter.
my guess is that you are NOT from the U.S and you are not aware of how politics work here.

lmao, is he still representing Stormy? wonder who is paying him this time?

Senate Democratic Leader Charles Schumer (N.Y.) has asked centrist members of his caucus to keep their powder dry on Kavanaugh until they know where all Republicans stand.
And GOP senators will need to take a position if Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) follows through with Monday's promise to eventually hold an up-or-down vote on the floor.
Over her 22-year Senate career, Collins has built a reputation as a fair-minded, practical swing vote who is willing to stand up to Republican leadership and presidents from her own party.
She voted against former President Clinton's impeachment in 1999, helped craft a compromise to get past a major partisan impasse over circuit court nominees in 2005, was a key player in sinking a proposal to repeal ObamaCare last year and has consistently criticized President Trump for controversial statements since he took office.
She also voted against Betsy DeVos and Scott Pruitt, Trump's controversial picks to head the Department of Education and the Environmental Protection Agency, respectively.
One of her first legislative accomplishments in the Senate decades ago was to co-sponsor an amendment with Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) to repeal a $50 billion tax break for the tobacco industry.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) was heckled out of a Washington, D.C., restaurant by activists opposed to Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as they chanted, “We believe survivors!” on Monday night.
The incident, which was documented and posted by an account called “smashracismDC” on Twitter, is the latest in a series of protests waged against the Republican senator for his unwavering support of Kavanaugh, who faces allegations of sexual misconduct when he was in high school and college.

You don't get it. The country doesn't matter, such things get downplayed in other countries too ("you can't rape a prostitute, hehehehe", quote from one of our politicians). I know that sexual allegations can be turned into a weapon, and those who do that should be held responsible too. And proof of burden should be "innocent until found guilty", as it always was, not the other way around. But finding it funny (the emoticon) and the "other side is equally worse, or much worse!" in context of sexual humiliation or rape, that makes me cringe. Since you are towards the right, it makes me like that option even less, but if you were with the left, more in my spectrum of political beliefs, I'd be ashamed and embarrassed that you take part in the discussion, representing "my side" in any way.

Okay, there we go...this is the expected third manufactured bomb that I've been talking about, which is right on schedule within the time window that the Dems created with their first bomb.
So let's recap...
Step 1 - Delay Ford's testimony to Thursday, in order to create a window of opportunity for further attacks (achieved)
Step 2 - Use the constructed time window to provide additional unsubstantiated claims of sexual misconduct, in order to establish the illusion of a "pattern of behavior" (pending)
Step 3 - Obtain an FBI investigation, which would effectively kill the confirmation, and ideally delay any other confirmations until after November. This would constitute an operational victory for the Dems.
Since the bomb was not dropped today (only the threat of the bomb dropping soon), we should be on the lookout on Wednesday or Thursday.
A note of perspective: Although it is relatively easy to orchestrate unsubstantiated claims through the media, and thus trigger a certain amount of blind emotional belief, it is entirely another matter to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee...this is because the accusers would be making these statements under oath, and risking perjury charges...So if Ford or Ramirez decide not to testify, this will be why.
Starker on 26/9/2018 at 09:19
Again with the conspiracy theories. Ronan Farrow went to Ramirez, not the other way around. The incident had been known for a long time and Yale alumni even speculated among each other if it would come up during the hearings when Kavanaugh was nominated:
Quote:
(
https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2018/9/24/17895740/new-yorker-jane-mayer-yale-university-emails-brett-kavanaugh-deborah-ramirez)
“The story broke overnight, but it dates back 35 years,” Mayer told NBC News's Savannah Guthrie on Monday morning. “What happened was, the classmates at Yale were talking to each other about it, they were emailing about it. We've seen the emails, back in July before Christine Blasey Ford came forward, and eventually word of it spread. It spread to the Senate. It spread to the media. And we [the New Yorker] reached out to her.”
This underscores the point that many women who experience sexual assault or harassment don't immediately go public with those experiences, for a variety of reasons. Instead, these stories often stay confined to the small group of people who witnessed it or were told about it at the time.
It doesn't take a conspiracy for things like that to get to the press. Just because rumours spread after an incident doesn't mean it's orchestrated by someone. Likewise, it's not a conspiracy that many more women came forward after the Cosby and Weinstein scandals became public.
Also, lying to the FBI is a felony too, so why would they then ask for the FBI to investigate?

A 'bomb'?
Are you are asserting that all these accusations are false and that these women are risking their careers and lives to
take one for the team?Or are you saying that the facts about Kavanaugh are being released in a controlled manner for maximum effect? Because these are two very different things, even if their effect might be similar.

you don't seem to get it either, everybody loves to throw stones in a glass house., democrats & republicans want the "other" side investigated or they want them to resign while they overlook the same misdeed from members of their own party, it's funny some find Kavs allegations deplorable and think he should not hold political office and I am betting these same people voted/supported the Clintons no matter what they did.

So where does that leave you, JK? Still pretending to be objective while you call Kavanaugh's accusers liars and pound the Trump drum as loud and long as you can.
You bet this, you know that... Were YOU a witness to ANY of these alleged events, as you expect others to be?
I bet not.
Meanwhile the Orange Menace humiliates the USA on the world stage again, bragging about the non-accomplishments of his administration while accusing China of election meddling.

of course he is going to deny being praked. it's 4chan, odds are republicans/conservatives are the ones being pranked about the prank :p[
tell you what, present what they have, Ford is supposed to testify tomorrow right? I hope she turns over what she has and I hope they give her AND KAV a polygraph then & there. she is safe from prosecution as republicans will not risk pressing charges because of the optics.
uncadonego on 26/9/2018 at 19:04
OK, so now a polygraph. Like I said jk, he could have taken one ages ago. Jeez
