All of this arguing, the delaying of his confirmation...all of it could have been over the minute this story made the news.
If Kavanaugh didn't do this, he could have immediately asked for a polygraph by the FBI. He would already be confirmed by now.
Well, if he's innocent.
Not only that, but he has TWO ways to pass a polygraph. Being innocent, or at times when he was a teenager, being so drunk as is claimed, that he honestly doesn't remember.
All these BS questions jk keeps asking would have been asked by the FBI by now. Investigation is what the last letter stands for.

Still love you.
No.
All the attacks have been on Kav for no other reason than to delay things , already listed all the holes in fords story , not sure what you think I'm “justifying” ? I stated with Clinton the “attacks” would probably be warranted. With obama not so much. So maybe read my post again with a beaner accent and a slight lisp and then You might get it
Unca. Ford has been the one REFUSING to testify unless her BS demands are met , all designed to smear Kavs character. Funny you guys are ok with that but Thor forbid fords character and bs story is questioned ...... pot meet kettle

I'll sum up what little I know of the situation.
He probably did it. Dumb drunk teenagers do stupid things, and the woman in question has no reason to lie about it. She's putting her neck on the line, jumping feet first into the bloodthirsty political fray that is modern US politics for no gain other than to prevent a man she has personal reasons to dislike gain a seat in the highest court in the land.
With that said, it's something that's almost impossible to prove. It happened so many decades ago, with no witnesses, and the victim doesn't remember enough pertinent details to better verify her claims. On top of that, it becomes even more difficult to prove considering it apparently never became an habitual thing for Kavanaugh. It was an isolated incident, with no evidence backing it up.
With THAT said, this isn't a criminal case, it's all about the character of the candidate in question, and how he responds. This is a case being heard in the court of public opinion, and it's one that risks damaging everyone involved, depending on what they say, and how they say it.

There's no need for any of that...because
an allegation without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.

How about we flip it? How about she was a drunk who imagined all of it. Again look up what little evidence is there; she went to a party she has no idea how she got there she has no idea how she left she has no idea how she got home but they were the ones drunk trying to rape her? She has nothing other than her Alledged memories And those are vague ass fuck Not only that she's the one that makes demands without any evidence whatsoever or anyone else to back Hearst bullshit claims up.

It's possible. Though with both sides being equally likely, wouldn't it be best to try to take a neutral tact on the issue?
jkcerda on 22/9/2018 at 23:18
what does she have? NOTHING , amazingly VAGUE details and crazy demands.
plenty of women have come forward to support Kav.
only the crazy left is on Fords side., shit, you have a crazy woman making BS claims on facebook, apparently she didn't get the memo and even Fords own words counter that BS.
to recap. at age 15 she knew how to get to a party but did not remember where the party was, she got there alone and was allegedly assaulted and came back home all on her own and did not bother telling a soul, no one from the alledge party has come forward to verify her BS story, no one knew at school or anywhere else what happened or when it happened but she demands people get subpoenaed and hearings be held when she feels like it..........................
BULL SHIT.

Ford's lawyers also asked that
no outside counsel be allowed to question their client, a reference to GOP members possibly hiring legal staff -

circus continues, if she doesn't get her way all the feminazis are going to scream patriarchy blah blah blah..
so she gets to say whatever she wants & Kav does NOT get to reply to her BS claims? tell me that is not one sided.........
Renzatic on 22/9/2018 at 23:35
Not bothering to tell anyone after the fact is fairly common in rape and sexual assault cases. According to the Bureau of Justice, (
https://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/cv16.pdf) only 25% of these types of crimes are ever reported upon.
So no, using Trump's line that if there was a crime, it would've been reported upon, and using that as an example she's making the whole thing up is complete BS.
jkcerda on 22/9/2018 at 23:41
again, she has no recollection of where it was, when it was, who was there, how she got there, how she got back, NO ONE who collaborated her story, she has NOTHING but wants the committee to submit to her demands........... she is as bad as the other FB user who claimed EVERYONE was talking about it at school, they are planting made up scenarios that only work on their head, that is why she doesn't want other women to question her, so she can play the victim when they catch her lies....

Democrats, believing the alleged assault should first be investigated by the FBI, have sat out the negotiations.

Fords BS claims are not even believed by the crooked democrats who held onto the letter..........
Renzatic on 23/9/2018 at 00:12
She may not remember the exact details, but her willingness to submit to an FBI investigation, (
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/09/22/christine-blasey-ford-accuser-of-supreme-court-nominee-brett-kavanaugh-agrees-to-testify-to-key-senate-members-details-to-be-worked-out.html) testify in front of the senate, and has already taken a lie detector test (which, admittedly, can be flaky). She isn't acting like someone who's openly lying for the democrats to assassinate Kavanaugh's character.
Remember. We're not investigating a crime here. It's been 40 years. The statute of limitations is long since past. It's all about who's lying, and why. Right now, with the evidence we have on hand, it's hard to say anything in this regard. It's all he said, she said. Ultimately, it all comes down to a test of character, for the persons and parties involved, that could SO VERY EASILY backfire on the accusers if they decided to put a liar up on stage for all the world to see.
To knowingly smear an innocent man as an attempted rapist, simply to stall his nomination to the Supreme Court for, at most, a couple of weeks? That won't play well with the voting public come November.
...though I can't help but wonder why it is you're so hardcore about defending Kavanaugh over this, openly twisting facts to paint Ford as an out and out liar in a situation where no one knows shit about all.
