It's not like Rocko ever was about a specific Zeitgeist (except for the lucky shirt design). I mean, comic books stores actually still exist. So I think this trailer is more a "Hey, we're back!" than an announcement of contemporary jokes.
But I couldn't see your video, so maybe when I get back home and can switch in the proxy I'll have to eat my words.
