Just because you liked the game doesn't mean that it wasn't terrible, which it was.
yes it does?

no,just because you liked it doesn't mean that it was good if you compare that game to FO1,2 or even NV you will see how bad it really is.

Do these circles do anything more exciting than just being round? Cuz if not how about we stop going round in them?

Fallout 3 may not be a bad game, but a large number of Fallout fans regard it as a bad Fallout game, a bad post-apocalyptic game, a bad RPG and a bad shooter.
Here's a review of FO3 that captures some of the sentiments behind the dislike:

It's an old argument that either goes over their heads every time, so they selectively never remember it, or it slips through like a fart on the wind, quickly forgotten.
There are thousands of good games. So what? There will be more, too. No worries about that, but only two games that made and define the title. Same with Thief.
These here are gamers who are proud to play anything that lets them kill loudly, and nearly everything else doesn't matter at all.

When you say two games, I'm assuming you mean the best ones i.e. Thief Gold and Deadly Shadows.

I know you don't like me or even believe in addressing me directly for whatever lame reason jtr, but if it's me you're projecting your straw man onto, you're dead wrong. Have you even played fallout 3? I've played all of them except BoS tactics or whatever those shootery spinoffs where called and you can pick holes in all of them if you try hard enough. That NMA review literally just lists things and says they're crap. Its not especially well-reasoned.

If you say so. I was being serious. I don't really count that weird expansion pack that took all the interesting spaces and undead stuff out of the series a standalone game though.
