Just reinstalled Shock to give it another playthrough and it went surprisingly smooth, except for a bit of trouble with the controls. I set Control as my crouch key under the setup, but it isn't recognized in-game. I assigned Control to several other functions to see if they worked, but none have. It seems that every other key, Shift, Alt, etc, are all recognized just fine in-game except for Control. Granted, most of the time I would reconfigure my controls, but I'm admittedly stubborn and I'd really like to use my lousy Control key. Search hasn't pulled up anything; I don't suppose anyone has ran into this issue before?
While I'm here, and boy it's been awhile, does anyone have any suggestions for mods and the such? I've got SHTUP and Rebirth; I've managed to up my resolution to 1280 x 1024 and I'm going to try to use X-Button to use the extra buttons on my mouse. Does anyone have any more suggestions to bring Shock just a bit more up to date? I'm not interested in game play changes; just looking for more cosmetic mods or mods that add functionality.
