that thieves arsenal mod is a .7z, what's that? The instructions say to unzip stuff into the oblivion folder, but winzip won't open it.

Or just get WinRar, which will open RAR files as well as Zip and 7z files.

Well, before touching Oblivion, I played Thief I and II, as well as Deadly Shadows. This game is much different then Thief, but still, an enjoyable game for the fantasy type! I thoroughly enjoyed Oblivion, although I still like to play the classics (Thief: The Dark Project w/Bafford:D)

I don't know if this is new or not, but Thieves' Arsenal Mission Zero is out. It's got voice acting for Basso and he provides random odd jobs now, like go steal x from some fort without killing anything, bonus for not being detected. Anyway, it's freaking sweet.

:ebil: Oblivion is more complex, intricate, able to develop ANY character type, even change the gender. The interactions and discussions with internal characters is scary real;. I know ALL THREE Thief's and love them all but I SWEAR NOTHING come close to oblivion. Look at the system requirements of your computer as most likely you will have to upgrade. I have been having a blast as a sorcerer Elf for close to 30 hours and still am on level ONE!!!!! It will take you weeks, maybe months to learn how to conjour and mix up and cast all of the 100's of spells and magika and just begin to understand how your character grows the longer you play. This is really amazing in every way.
