did you sleep and eat proper ?
if you did it could be the ueber-controller guy which was added. should have it in your pda that he's around the sarcophargus. can be killed with artifacts or a few RPGs. but I killed him on OL1.33, I did not play through OL2.0
also be sure to equip those "anti-psi" artifacts, don't know the name now...

Funny thing that controllers can affect you with their mind control ability in so big radius, but as I saw, other stalkers in that radius look like ordinary happy campers when I'm fighting with headache and nausea.

Have you been drinking a lot of energy drinks? Could have over-dosed (which will kill you). Or is that only AMK?
