Finally someone asked about the editor in the upcomming Oblivion, but for some reason didnt ask if there was going to be any kind of tutor.
I remember there was a website for MW some guy called windsong or some such who had a tutor you could down load for MW.
Does anyone know or have a link to some info on Oblivion about how we are going to know or learn to how use the editor?

It hasn't been released yet, so no one knows how it works, other than the Devs. And they haven't released anything.

Oh, no, actually they have released some information.
The editor will be, in theory, much easier to use than the Morrowind CS. The reason being that the majority of cells will be randomly generated, with presets easily selected using sliders (amount of foliage, trees, terrain height, etc.) Atleast, this is what I have gathered. The same goes for creating NPCs. Scripting has also been simplified.
If you can use the Morrowind CS, no worries about the Oblivion CS. If you can't, then again no worries; the next one will be much easier to use.

So you are saying that most likely we are not going to need to learn a 3rd party hex editor, like we did for MW?
