hi, every time I try doing objectives I get the following messages:
Cannot create conversation schema; failed to create directory [C:\ProgramFiles\Thief3Edit\Content\T3\Sounds\Schemas\Conversations\PlayerGarrett]!
followed by:
Failed to save schema Part1Objectives_001000 to disk;it ought to be checked out, make sure it's not still read-only!
So I set the files to full access, but I still get the same error. I went on to do the rest of the objectives tutorial but as feared they didnt work in the game. Has anyone else had this problem?

You do already have a PlayerGarrett folder in the place listed? It should get created when you unzip the editor.

[QUOTE='[NAUC]Chief']hi, every time I try doing objectives I get the following messages:

Why did you install under Program Files ? The editor install instructions I followed suggested using C:\Games\Thief3Edit, and mentioned that it wasn't a good idea to have spaces in the pathname, and "Program Files" has a space in it...
Also are you using NTFS ? It could be NTFS file permissions problems...you might need to tweak the permissions for everything under Thief3Edit. (Make sure the EVERYONE user has full permissions for the directory and everything beneath it)
