Howard Schmidt, a former eBay and Microsoft executive, is now the "Cyber Tsar" of the United States, and, let us not kid ourselves, the world.
Who is better suited to secure our Cyber Borders from the imminent Cyber Attacks from our Cyber Enemies, the Cylons, than a former Microsoft executive?
