Nvidia GPU driver v285.62 WHQL has been released. This is the recommended driver for Battlefield 3, Rage and Batman: Arkham City.

Seems to have fixed having to set "jobs_numthreads 0" in rageconfig.cfg to avoid annoying lockups in RAGE.

Now have it set it back to "jobs_numthreads 2" and using two cores no problem. Hooray.

Given how many problems the 28x series of drivers have had I'm not sure I want to "upgrade."

Actually, this isn't true. Random lockups with jobs_numthreads > 0 again. Fiddlesticks.
