Hi,
West of Suran I encountered a slave that was looking for someone to help him. I decided to help him. Automatically, he started to follow me. I told him to wait there until I found what he was looking for.
Now I found this other person, and I want this slave to start following me again. But in the discussion options there is only the possibility to persuade him and to talk about this other person. I can't tell him to start following me again?
Help me please,
Regards.

If you're talking about Tul, it's better to kill him. He's Cammona Tong, and out to kill Sterdecan.

I will suppose that the person you found is a Redguard farmer west of Suran, (and further west of the point you meet with the Argonian ‘slave' ;) ). If you start walking again the Argonian may follow you, but you have already arrived at his intended destination. Events and options will be triggered when the two meet, but apparently that haven't yet. In such quests as these (escorts) it is sometimes difficult to get the game to acknowledge that you have arrived at the destination. Try walking east away from the Redguard a short distance (enough to get the Argonian to follow you again), and then return to the Redguard. This time, go well past the Redguard. Keep trying until it triggers a journal update or forces a dialog (I don't recall precisely what form the acknowledgement takes). Good luck.

The other option I suppose would be to use a domination spell/scroll on him to get him to follow you to the farm......you'd need to keep recasting it though.
