I created 8 new spells and I don't want any player or NPC to use them, but for some reason now ALL NPCs have the spells in their inventory and use them profusely!

heh, it's just that I had the "auto calculate cost" flag turned on when I made the spell. it put my new spell in every NPCs inventory for some odd reason =p
