Does anyone know the console command (if there is one) to set the disposition of an NPC? I am supposed to get the Belt of Sanguine Fleetness off of Hrordis in Pelagiad for the Mora Tong. Whenever I try to talk to her, the only dialog option I have is "Goodbye". I've used Telvanni Bug Musk potion until my disposition rating with her is (100/100) but I get the same result. I am not good enough in the Sneak attribute (42) to pickpocket her and killing her outright is not only a major no-no but it also brings everybody in the building to attack me. I really would like to finish this quest before I announce to the world I am the Neverane.

Hrordis wont give you the item period.
You have to kill her to get it and seen as she won't reply to you with anything other than 'Goodbye' you can't taunt her either.
What i did is let her catch me pick pocketing her and then let her attack me first - once she attacked me i killed her. All you have to do then is drop all your items and go pay your fine which should only be around 20 gold.
You could also try frenzy creature on her...
Put it this way this isn't a bug - the quest is designed so you have little choice but to kill her for her sanguine item.

I just did that last night, I just started the morag tong quests and to get it I simply Frenzies her a few times until she went crazy on me.
If you have the money and item enchant something to cast Frenzy over and over. I used a Glass Tower shield. 5 secs on target 40pts
And just press hit the button really fast until it runs out and they attack.
