Our wedding date has been set for the 4th of August. Go team. :cheeky:

For those that remember the original plan was a little forest wedding, but that has since imploded into an extravaganza of weddingy goodness. 180 people, 3 course plated menu as follows:

Starters
(1) Crostini of Tomato and Mozzarella on Garlic Crouton with Pecan Pesto
(2) Carpaccio of Beef topped with Shaved Pecorino and Black Pepper Vinaigrette

Main
(1) Steak au Poive - Peppered Beef Fillet with Sweet Red Wine Jus
(2) Seared Salmon with Tomato and Sweet Pepper Sauce

Dessert
(1) Black Cherry Cheese Cake with a Dollop of Minneola Marmalade and Chocolate Ganash

Wedding cake is 3 tiers of snow white petite fours.

I am even wearing a long cream silk and white lace gown. I'll post pictures later for your amusement and historical record as I will NEVER again be wearing a dress!
