Hey can anyone tell me where to find the "silver staff of shaming"? I need it for the Imperial Cult. I've looked all over Mount Kand to no avail. Help appreciated.

Well, it's on top of a a hill, and the area it's in almost looks like a north-south ridge; there's rocks to the north and east, a dead tree's nearby IIRC, and a moderately steep hillside is to the west. I can't recall precisely where it is in relation to Mt. Kand (I'm pretty sure it's west and south of there, but I could be off), but make copious use of that Detect Magic ring you were given for this mission and you should find it. Oh, and if you spot a skeleton, stop and look; that's him.
