Yeah, that wasa stab at theBlackman, not you.
One of us doesn't get things, and I'm honestly not sure which one.

And I suppose you settle for green beer. I'm not talking color here.
Even so, I'm still not inviting you to my St. Patrick's Day party

I was actually referring to theBlackman's comments, not yours. I've been known to settle for shitty beer from time to time, or even to bring it upon myself - case in point, I drank down a six of Yankee Jim Ice last night - but the idea that I'd keep chugging a case of beer that's obviously bad because I'm apparently some kind of defective retard leaves me baffled.
The "growing up" reference I made was mainly due to the fact that I didn't tell him to fuck right off from the moment this all started, on the off-chance that he's actually not trying to be a dick.

You are right, poor choice of words on my part. Ignorance is a condition of all of us in certain areas. Does not mean retarded, or stupid.
I should have said lack of experience instead.
However you corrected that in the above. But to consume unsavory items of any ilk, as you stated above, does seem to place you in the "slow learner" category. At least as far as food and beverages are concerned. :)

That too. But in that case
Everclear is stronger, cheaper, and will do the job faster. ;)

I want to apolgiese to Gman for my famous "Science" post( I since removed it), I know somebody is going to say thats "Bad Form" but while I can't "unring" a bell, I don't have to keep ringing it either, and thats why pencils have erasers, and forums have edit buttons:D Anyway what I meant to say (if I had more than 3 brain cells working at the time) was that Cooks Illustrated, uses a Scienctific way to arrive at Great results, For example Gman, if I tasted your "Beef Stock" I might say it tastes good, but unless I am a Conisour of beef stocks, what am I comparing it to? Cooks, makes 10 different recipies to make a beef stock, than "Blindfold" tests each one, and the one most people liked get's thier seal of approval. This is a real revolutionary way to do thinks(at least in cooking)

Back to the pork...
Had a day off work so skipped (drove) into town (village) and got me some tenderloin and maple syrup. Man this shit blew me away, Its the bestest food I've ever made and most likely the best I've ever had.
Sorry I have no photos.
I think this will be my bringing-women-home-food from now on :p
Now listen to the man and make it. Now.
