Thanks for linking this, it's marvellous.
I don't really like the new font though, but mod doesn't work properly without it.

(
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5222) Repair Rethought Reborn
The definitive repair mod. Not only can you cross repair weapons/armour with similar types (eg Chinese AR + Assault Rifle, Tesla Armour + Enclave Power Armour), but you can also use pieces of junk that would make sense. Eg Power Armour + Scrap Metal, Leather Armour + Wonderglue.
Also you can repair crafted weapons with individual components, rather than i.e. having to build an entire new Railway Rifle to repair your existing one.
Support for the DLC packs Operation: Anchorage and The Pitt included.

(

Edit - Retracting my recommendation. In its current state there's some really nasty bugs with Dogmeat not following commands correctly and picking fights with a few friendly NPCs. It's worth keeping an eye on in case they fix the bugs. (

On an unrelated note, I'm looking for a mod that replaces the game's fast-travel with something a little more restricted. Ideally, it would be based on joining the caravans to go to the large settlements and/or hiring guides or boats to travel to other places. Anyone know of such a mod?

Looks like you're pretty much out of luck. Most of the fast-travel mods just add new locations (eg from within Paradise Falls and your Megaton house).
The most promising are likely these two.

I don't suppose there's any kind of mod out there to deal with the outlandish amount of supplies you find, to make the game a bit more survivally. Also, just a mod to make ammo weigh something would awesome.

I'm pretty sure I've seen a couple of ammo weight mods on Fallout3 Nexus. If not, it would be just about the easiest thing in the world to make such a mod yourself with the GECK. I bet there's already some "fewer supplies" mods there too.
Edit: (
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=611) This mod and (

I been using one of the nude body mods, just cos it looks stupid if your fighting a girl in what looks like a metal bikini top, then you loot them when they're dead including the armour, and they're suddenly waring some type of wrap around the chest when they obviously wasn't wearing it when you killed them.

So, are you using a male body replacer as well? Otherwise your justification is BS.

But dude! If he does that: COCKS!
