Morrowind is the best looking RPG out right now for any platform. However, it isn't quite up to the looks of UT2003 in sheer technical ability. It does however look better than Halo and with Halo 2's projected release date, well, it'll be up against Doom 3 if you want to compare it to the graphics of things and thats a simple one to work out the result of.
The most important part of it isn't the amount of polys it pushes but the style which makes morrowind blow pretty much everything away.
Of course, the great gameplay helps things too ;)

JoJangles: EQ isn't in the same category; while it's technically an RPG, if you're being strictly accurate it's a MMORPG. Try fitting it into a CD case ;) Please compare apples to apples, neh? I still say you won't find another RPG w/ its scope (or, as Striker reminds me, freedom)

hehe... sorry Jo Jangles, but got to agree with Forsythe.
Weird thing is, alot of my friends when I started playing Morrowind and actually watched me play it, said "ohh... new mmorpg... what is it and when it come out??"
Did anyone else find that this happened??
Oh, hate to beat adead horse, on the topic, like everyone's said stick it out for a bit, the sheer splendor of it is worth the effort, even if you are getting sick of it, maybe give it a break for a while and get back into it later on.
It is definatly worth it.
but then thats my opinion, so its up to you? :)
