An easy, and legal way to make money early on is to go pearl diving-just find yourself a nice lake/coast and jump in, then search the bottom for "kollops"-when you click on them most of them have pearls inside which you can take and sell, they're worth about 100. Just watch out for attacking Slaughterfish and keep an eye on your breath bar. I recommend looking just off the coast of Seyda Neen near the Silt Strider.

Once you begin to explore(and master a faction, for instance) you begin to realize how repitative MW is.
The learning curve... who cares? It's just another RPG, point click run here, talk person give item.
The drivel is incessent. You'll never get away from common folk until you kill them.

Woke up on the wrong side of the bed today, Tuco? ;) You're the one who was raving how cool it was, wearing dresses, and otherwise being a happy fan, after all ;) Sounds like you're just burnt out on the game, which is understandable; once you know most things about it because you've played it thru a few times, it does get a bit boring... but what game doesn't? Even Half-Life & NOLF bored the crap out of me after I'd finished 'em a few times, but I just played 'em both a few months ago and it was fun again.

I've played Morrowind once. One character, one game, one ring... err, maybe not one ring.
Morrowind, in one game, gets repititive(sp), simply due to the fact that the many quests and dungeons are very similiar, with exception to a few of the 'main' quests, of course. It might've been interesting if the combat system wasn't parp.
And assuming you were serious about my 'raving' about how happy I was with the game, I only ranted about how bad it was /grin, except for when they talked about how great I was.

Hrm... I had a nice long reply w/ a few quotes from you that indicated just how much you were loving it by what you said (mostly the detail with which you described "tuco the bloodgod", and the montage of pics of him that you put together), but the Network Fairy ate my reply and I'm too tired to go thru that again for now. I'll put it together again tomorrow if you don't know the posts I'm referring to.
As to the rest, yes, it's rather repetitive after you've done most of the game (by which point you've done, well, most of the game already, and you're starting to feel a little burnt if you're the average gamer), but I defy you on the "just another RPG" point; show me another with even half its quests, towns, and NPCs ;)

You forgot to mention Freedom. ;)

If it were not for all the mod makers, morrowind wouldn't hold my attention very long... the graphics are the best I've seen compared to any other game though.

Heh, when is Halo coming out for the PC? Next summer?
For now, it is quite impossible for any game to look 'best' on a console, simply because even a HDTV has a laughable resolution compared to my big beautiful monitor.
Halo has no anti-aliasing.
Low resolution + lack of AA = jaggies! and plenty of them.
Halo will look better than serious sam when it comes out for the PC, what with its pixel lighting and stuff.
But wait, there will be other games out by then...
ffs, I just noticed, this is Halo 2! Quarter 4, 2003 is the release date? That's over a year away! Yeah, these screenshots are probably doctored, so is the movie. Not by you though, probably by Microsoft. Only parts of the movie was created using the actual halo 2 engine, other stuff was done via other programs, I'm guessing.
Sorry, don't get your hopes up on the graphics of a game a year away.
I still like SS's engine better than Halo, despite Halo giving it a good run for its money - it's still just a console game.
