You coward! Next time stay and help your brother! Or hide in the secret compartment, like I did.

Don't worry, I did the 2nd time. Got as far as Gunther on my 2nd run. (Yes, I've finished it twice btw) It is a bit stupid that Paul can't move until they burst in - then he can take down the whole hotel single-handedly :p Badass killing-machine indeed
:sly:

It's actually possible to get PAST Gunther... but the game doesn't expect that to be possible, so you're kind of stuck at that point.

I've never been able to do that, details, please.

The barricades over by where the UNATCO troops start on your first visit to the park are movable, and there's no invisible barrier there. So if you have a strength aug you can push them out of the way, or if you have the speed aug you can jump over them.

Thanks, I'll go try that sometime soon.

Edit: also, there was speculation (& maybe Saturnine suggested it as well) that Seventh Crystal Part 2 would start with a prison break, considering that part 1 ends with a trial, and if you open up the last level in dromed you can see the beginnings of the prison under the ct. house. (Maybe now we'll never know.
Why? What happened to(Lord? :) ) Saturnine and the Seventh Crystal 2?

I'm struggling to think of a game that has more.
Baldur's Gate 2. Though I probably think DX is still better, BG2 has given me roughly 200 times more play than DX. And I've played DX a lot. ;)

When I was at the plane for the first time, I was shocked when Anna started shooting up Lebedev. I couldn't save him in time. Poor fella.
I did give her two rifle rounds in the head when it came time to fight her in the subway, though.
Funny thing, too: I decided to lug Maggie Chow all the way out of the UC room too, through the sewers, after I tranqued her. Didn't feel good about leaving her in there when the whole place was crumbling. That bit of mercy didn't appear to change anything in the plot, though.
