Wicked!
I voted by clicking on the hands, I assume that's what you have to do although it didn't inform me of my vote
Certainly the best thing about Telefon is that it sounds just as good as anything you'd hear coming out of a studio with fucken laptops and Pro Tools and all that shit, reaffirming the belief that hard work with a small handful of kit is all you need
good luck mang :thumb:

I'm not entirely sure what this is, but your esoteric electronica has my vote!

Assuming your ambitions don't ascend any higher than insular bedroom electro, that is.
This is not a dig against OB's song, merely a reminder that this is about the only kind of music you can produce somewhat professionally on a strict budget.

Actually wrong
I picked up a 10 in 10 out interface for £195 last month which technically offers me the opportunity to record a mini orchestra. In fact, the only constraint I can think of is finding the space to fit those 20 odd musicians into. But since all this is running on a latop (par example) that's hardly a worry or a real drain on the pocket in comparison to even semi-pro band efforts.
What all the FLASHY and hideously expensive hardware and software offers is reliability, 24 bit 98kps sampling quality, virtual channels, and all that other high profile shit that is required in a professional environment but NOT nessecary to produce a fucking good record.

I'm with you on this one. Remember how the first Beatles albums were recorded on 4-tracks?

Wow. I quite liked that. Maybe the drums should be a little more to the back and the vocals a little more to the front? The vocals are far from rubbish. What I could hear of them anyway. :thumb:
