1. Check in your DeusEx/System directory. If it's there, your shortcut is messed up and you need to make a new one to this file:
<your DX directory>\System\Cassandra.exe INI=Cassandra.ini USERINI=CassandraUser.ini
2. If it's not there, copy DeusEx.exe and rename it Cassandra.exe.

Im little out of the mod community but what kind of mod is this cassandra project? Is it good? :) How long is it?

It is (most unfortunately) unfinished, but they say they will finish it eventually (yeah right). The first part is released, which is just a little introduction. You meet the people, rund the training course, and then it's over. On the bright side is that it is one of the best training courses I have ever seen. The humour is great, with a lot of references to the real world (never forget the duke nukem forever ploy in the PCG). It has a ton of new weapons and augs. I especially liked the grenade camouflaged as a cigarette packet. All in all it is a very good mod (possibly the best DX mod ever) and it is very sad that it has been discontinued.
