I finished the whole game without using the jump button by using pretty much every trick you can do on Olddark, it was still pretty challenging though. I also recorded the whole thing and made segmented videos (cut out all the failed attempts) in this playlist here (

Wow, very impressive run, Blacksecrit. My run was a little different. I didn't specified that, but I played on expert and on Newdark and I tried to get as much loot as possible (well, most of the time, for example I didn't even tried to get a loot from Strange Bedfellows). I think with these glitches you wouldn't have too much problems on expert. And yes, I have questions:
1. I noticed you can get threw by getting close to boulder and turn left and right continuously (I'm talking about a way of obtaining Horn of Quintus). How did you do it?
2. In Lost City building area in front of Water Temple you managed to throw yourself by changing weapon from blackjack to sword and turning around. How does that really work?
3. From Fire Talisman you somehow managed to hover across the gap with your blackjack. How does that work?
4. Are these glitches possible to perform on Newdark?

1. On Olddark if you lean and move the lean through an object you gain a lot of speed, we call it a fling. an object like a door will only give you horizontal momentum, but boulders for some reason also give you some vertical height, even if you crouch and lean around an object and jump you will get a ton of speed, but that involves jumping
2. So if you switch weapons during the blackjack swing you can spawn an invisible hitbox somewhere infront of you wherever you want by sheathing the blackjack or pulling out the sword. this hitbox counts as an object so you can fling from it ,but its very difficult since its a very strange object that lets you go through it very slowly and sometimes it seems like it moves, so it took me quite a lot of tries to do the lost city part
3. Its basically the same glitch as in 2, but you spawn the hitbox under you while falling slowing you down and pushing you a little bit forward
4. the only one of these that works also in Newdark is 3 because on Newdark you lose momentum extremely quickly and even 3 would be done a little bit different because to glitch the blackjack on Newdark you need to hold the swing and scroll your inventory past your lockpicks, after which the blackjack will swing automatically enabling you to spawn the hitbox by switching your weapon
And yeah I played on Normal just trying to finish each level, health restrictions would make it much harder and tedious than it already was. About thief 2, to my knowledge flinging doesnt work in Thief 2 so I dont think I could do it without jumps.
