My hope is that this will finally get us over the (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=134175&p=2290510#post2290510) reimplement all of Shock1's gameplay + sim code barrier that System Shock Hack Project, Abysmal, etc failed to clear, and give us a proper cross-platform source port of Shock1 (and UW1&2, I'd hope) a la ZDoom.
