When you go to your enchanter to have the const. effect fortify abbility +45 on your daedric tower shield - or whatever you might fancy!
Remeber this :
First bather with the enchanter - remove ALL of his gold(I'm not entirely certain that this is necessay)...
Then make your enchantments - if you're in the good mood you can easily spend 100k + gold here. Then begin bathering - and WAUW - now you can get your money back by selling that excess daedric dai-katana... Works for me - at least with some of the enchanters - I usually use the guy under skar in ald-ruhn.

That works with trainers and spellmakers as well. You don't have to remove their gold first. Just opening the barter screen and then closing it will do the trick. :)
