Seriously though, I think when looking at these lists it's much more interesting to pay attention (as Scots has) to what is or is not on it rather than where things are ranked - the whole thing is subjective, of course, but at least "films being on the list" serves as interesting recommendations, whereas "Adaptation is clearly superior to The Prestige, why is it lower on the list" just...doesn't get anyone anywhere. At least, that's what I tell myself to avoid wasting energy over this stuff.
Also, Waking Life? I dunno, maybe it was great in 2001, but I tried watching it a couple of weeks ago and quite 35 minutes in - and I basically NEVER do that with film. Ugh.

edit: I just rewatched the trailer to confirm a suspicion I had: the placement of the guns on that Goose is moronic, it eliminates any water landing capabilities... At this point why not just take a regular plane? :weird:

I used to own one of those Mercury's. Two door sedan with electric overdrive. Did a rad custom job on it with pearlescent white paint over black lacquer undercoat and Metal flake violet trim.

I was so pissed to see "Crossroads" listed in the bad movies until I noticed it was some Bittney Spears flick and not the one with the Karate Kid guy. I liked that one dearly. Much longer ago.
