How do they 'man up' in this situation? Get them to dismantle that artillery? Relinquish a couple of rocky outcrops or all aid or whatever else is suspended and sanctions put in place? Bomb that artillery?
Seriously, what's the strong move? I don't know. I'm no expert. This is the internet so most people seem to want full scale invasion. Is that the case here?
