I noticed my Thief Gold has been pretty choppy (with FM's especially) since I upgraded to 1.19. Vsync on\off doesn't make a difference, resolution doesn't change anything either and I'm using the original textures. Is this happening to anyone else?

Since 1.19, I've noticed a couple things that happen randomly in the OM's. Example, this time playing Life Of The Party, the necromancer's lowest level door doesn't hilight to open.
One time the Bank mission was missing the camera eye and switch where the "you nearly scared me half to death" conversation takes place. Another time, it was there again, but the camera in the "bar" across the hall was gone. Last time, it was the camera eye watching the basement ramp that was missing.
Could be more as I continue. Anyone else noticed anything in the OM's that a little off sometimes?

It's normal for the bank cameras to be removed randomly. In LotP that door (leading to the torture chamber) is so well lit I don't think you'd see it highlight, and it's opened by a button in the fireplace at the top.

I think there may be a bug in NewDark that causes objects with model tweqs (even when the tweq is turned off) to go missing sometimes. I have seen it, as have most of the testers, with the hanging lamps in Drymian Codex, and since the model tweq wasn't even being used and was supposed to be disabled, I removed it (which was harder than I thought) and it hasn't happened again. What I saw when it happened is that the concrete model had somehow gained an empty Shape > Model name property. I've never seen it happen in 1.18.
If anyone is having this problem in their own mission, let me know and I can post a quick tut on how to make extinguishable lights that aren't under Extinguishable in the object hierarchy - that's what I had to do to work around this issue. It requires NVScript.

I checked out the demo's for both, do these include mods of any sort or is this seriously what the patches make the games look like? :eek:
I just ran through the whole Thief series this year for the first time, might have to replay them again already haha...
