I recently was levitating around in the Dubdilla caverns near Vos and found some stones blocking off what seemed like a Daedric shrine area. I could see only a little bit between some of the stones, but after searching around could find no way to get in there. I haven't done any of the vampire quests, but I think this is the place you find the cure and it won't open up until you activate the quest for the cure. One of these days I'm going to have to try being a vampire for awhile, just for fun.
