I initially played this on Expert. I think the warning in the first post is a little misleading in so far as the area that has to be ghosted is not particularly small, there is a mandatory objective that has to be fulfilled there, and the odds are stacked against the player - unable to turn off most lights, shortage of moss and water arrows, no invisibiluity potion (I think), well hidden loot, and no clues as to where to look for the items that have to be found. At one point I was seen by a guard even though the light meter was completely black. Up to that point I had really enjoyed the mission, but that area was highly frustrating and I nearly gave up. I managed to get through it eventually, but I agree with the view that, even on Expert, constraining the player's style is unnecessary, and ghosting that area should be an optional objective only.
So I replayed again on Hard, managed to get over 8K of loot, including a lot more loot from inside that mansion, and enjoyed it. I think it is a great mission, aside from the one caveat above.

Another fantastic mission to go to my all-time favorites. Love all the little details and hidden places everywhere, the lore, and that there's a warning before being forced into ghosting - I don't prefer that kind of playstyle and usually start at expert, so that warning made me avoid an unpleasant surprise. Triggered my fear of heights often enough to make me nervous. Atmosphere was a blast. And as an enjoyer of night skies: damn, how did you pull off that beatiful sky? It's chef's kiss! Thank you, Phreak. <3
Edit: 7037 loot.

There were parts of this mission that felt so familiar like it was triggering a past life regression, loved the immersion! Also the sensitivity of the guards was perfect for me, it's what I would expect if I saw an obvious figure walking in the shaded area but not totally still. One advancement for this kind of game play is to clamp voice responses to a higher level, or even better replace lower responses with slight breaths or grunts. Just so it matches seeing something but not necessarily talking to yourself (because of how frequent).
I have two mysteries I felt bad about not figuring out after completing — I found two of the Keeper medallions was there more, a third perhaps? If so where? Then, what does the mysterious potion actually do? Thanks!
Edit: Forgot to mention where I found my two. One where the keeper was watching me near the start of the map. The other on a statue's (neck?) on the corner of the opera house high up.

There are 3 of them and the third one is near the Watch building

Very good mission!
After second play through, with more patience and accuracy, I found 8861 loot. I would be only too pleased to know where the missing 230 g are.
Thank you, RippedPhreak, for this superb mission!

please i need a hint, how to get into Theobald's manor
thx

Theobald's manor:
You can access it from the south grounds of the opera house. Climb onto the fence, then up to the west face of the opera house. High up, there is a overpass bridge. The l/h door there can be picked.

Loot:
May I post by now, what I've already found? Of course, with spoilers. Or is it too early?

I have found much the same - 8916 loot , having replayed thoroughly on Hard difficulty to avoid the mandatory ghosting - but can't think of anywhere else now to look :p
Would be interested to see a loot list at some point to compare :D
Wonderful mission RP  :thumb: - kept me entertained for hours. I do look forward to future productions!
