To reach the vault, look for a door somewhere in the upper part of the house. Behind that door there should be a corridor with a patrolling guard. This guard has a metal helmet and an echoing voice. Make your way around this guy and check the doors on the left side of the corridor. One should lead to a greenhouse.

In the greenhouse, look for an elevator. The elevator key (found in the vicinity of the large library in the house) opens the elevator. Ride it down to find another corridor patrolled by a helmeted guard. Go around him while you look for an amber (yellow gem) in one part, and the vault in the other part of the corridor. The pocket watch should be waiting for your greedy hands in there.
