Fantastic Christmas present from you guys Thanks so much for this!!!! But I can't find
Dewdrop and the non alcoholic drink Oh and the squashed cat was hilarious!!!
Thanks again
pwl
Hello there!
To get Dewdrop, go to the guard shack outside the city watch station - it's outside the 2nd floor entrance. Go out the window in the attic of that guard shack, then make a few jumps onto beams into a shuttered room. As for the non-spirited drink.. maybe try something strong and very spirited instead. Check out the wine shop. It's also more fun if you don't knock anyone out in the city watch station. Have fun!

Do you have any mods installed like the enhancement pack? First, disable mods then try it again - we're also going to add in the first post that mods should be uninstalled before playing.
No, I don't have any mod installed, I never use mods, so I don't know why this happens, I remember having this problem with my missions that use replacing objects, and I had to attribute a definitive texture for each object using this type of texture, and that implied duplicating the same object model, so that each one has its own texture.

Digging around in order to solve Cardia's problem, I noted two things that could be relevant here:
1. Many (or perhaps all?) objects called "Paint28_6.5x4.5" (e.g., objects 3445, 3413, 3451) have one texture with a path including the name "English" (e.g., "TxtRepl r0: obj\txt16\English\sign69" in the "Shape" section for object 3451 in DromEd). This path seems to be independent of the language selected in DARKINST.CFG or AngelLoader, thus it might even be applied if the player tries to run the mission in another language than English. Are the authors sure that this is right?
Cardia, could you load a savegame (or the .mis file) into DromEd, delete the "English" text from that texture line of object 3451 and see whether one of the signs visible in your screenshot suddenly shows an advertisement for "Jolly Ale"?
2. There are some textures in obj\txt16\English that don't look like they belong into a language-specific folder/directory, such as pinetree.gif. Would the authors check this as well, please?
Maybe we can solve a few existing and/or potential problems with this.

Fantastic mission. I got teary-eyed at one point (ok, a couple of points)
Just one question. Where do I find "something to make music with" for Beth?
Edit: Just found it on a chair upstairs in the church.

I'm looking for one other of the items to be hung in a stocking...
A mirror.
Also, since someone admitted to getting into the ice garden... how does one get into that area?

For the
mirror:
Hint:
Find a way into the jewelry shopSpoiler:
Look for a beam you can use a rope arrow on to the left of the candy shop balcony. The candy shop is to the east of the tavern. For the
ice garden: You will need to complete four good deeds. The stockings constitute one of them. Let us know if you need more hints.

Hi Pedro! Sorry for this issue, not really sure what caused it in your case but I will look into it.

Yes, this is correct and shouldn't cause the problem Cardia is seeing if it is, in fact, independent of language selected. I am not sure what happens when changing languages, however, and so it's possible that the Obj/txt16/english folder is being excluded when the language is changed. Hopefully someone with more knowledge of this will chime in. Meanwhile, I can put together a patch which eliminates that folder as a means of testing this. It will take a little while though.

No, don't do this. This will definitely NOT solve the problem.

It's correct, but see my reply to your #1.
Thank you baeuchlein for looking into this! Appreciate it!
