New T2 campaign "Of thieves and rubies" (NewDark 1.22) 12-06-2015

On mission 2, Errand. I can't seem to find one of the secrets. I'm 15 loot short. Don't want to move on to mission 3 yet. Also, in both first and second missions, I've been able to climb on the roof and get out of bounds. Maybe something you might want to consider preventing in future missions. :)

Any clue?

I got :Down the alley, and in the apartment. Logical places would be casino, jeweler, shrine, or detective, but I can't find it at all.

I'm missing a secret in the first mission (on Expert). I've got three; the one in the alley one block south of the building in which you start; the one in the room accessed via the overhead metal walkway west of the start; and the one under the gear shop sign on the way to Dunkin's place. Where's the last one please?

The last secret is in Dunkin's mansion, in the small room that's next to his bedroom. The switch is located in one of the wooden beams, next to a flower pot
