Uhhh....
Thief?
I didn't list Thief because that game is not offcially marked as dead :p
I only meant the Communities arround games with no sequel in sight, like Blood or Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines etc.
But yeah, TRON 2.0 was brilliant. Sadly the ending was quite crap, though I really enjoyed the levels. I thought they were stunning. (me likes coloooours...:weird: )

Wow, someone who actually likes the game . . . other than me! :cheeky:
Too bad it fell off the radar so fast, like most other worthwhile games do. Meanwhile, pablum like Doom 3 sells a million copies. :nono:

First of all I must say Wow.
Alot of thought and effort went into this, I haven't touched a proper map editor since the very first versions of the Half-life editors and I can see alot of effort went into this.
I am however having a snag finding one of the code, its infuriating and i've thoroughly (although obviously not enough) searched every deck, so a shove in the right direction would be appreciated :)
:::: Potential Spoiler ::::
Im looking for |Core Control 2| code, even just telling me what Deck/Area it is in would be enough, i'll look harder then :p
Thanks in advance, keep up the great work ... oh and you've inspired me to get a Microphone >_> Even amateur voice overs make it far more professional.
:thumb: Two thumbs up :thumb:

Thank you :D
The Code for Core Control 2 is
On Deck 4: Operations
Well, people are more like "Ooooh pretty graphics" instead of "Wow, impressive gameplay!" these days. Rather sad...as most of the new games that were released lately are none of my interest at all.
I mean what is there? Quake 4 = Simple Shooting. FEAR = More Shooting with a very stupid "Story", Serious Sam 2 = SHOOTING (Ok I admit it's funny but just to get on with the list of recent games)
Personally, I'm looking forward to Never Winter Nights 2 quite alot.
Argh, sorry Christine..will shut up now and leave the thread for your fantastic Work :)

>_< Arrg
New hurdle ...
I found the Core code 2 and entered them, and then redicrected core control, thats done now.
However, I think that was supposed to open up the hangar area, which I have now swept through, besides a few datalogs about the slime there was nothing there.
Now there is no hint in the Notes section as to what i'm supposed to be doing ... another little shove would be appreciated.
You are now supposed to go back and go through "Shuttle" doors.
If you don't have the code for the shuttle bay, it is in one of the corpses that was in the pit area (in pod 4) with the eggs.
Make sure you have plenty of armor piercing ammo for the shuttle bay.
I just finished the FM, and I must say, FREAKIN' WOW! Lots of time went into detail in this one, which made me enjoy the visuals a bit more that default game. Took me 4 days to beat this (I work 2 jobs, give me a break!), and I loved every minute of it.
Here are my impressions while I played:
Voice actors could use some help, but I realize that these are just people helping where they can, and using what they have, which is probably some low end computer mics. Very much understandable. Maybe you can clean up some of the voice sound a bit with some processing software.
The attention to detail is amazing. Cigarettes laying around everywhere. DONUTS!!! OMG! DONUTS!!! (laughed really hard with this). Making the worker helmets, guitars, etc. All the little extras really made the game feel like people actually lived there. Awsome work there. Oh, and the Rubber ducks were also very cool. I was really focusing really hard when I came across that room, and I laughed so hard... :laff:
I honestly didn't find the saurians all that hard. On normal, 3 anti-personel rounds would take them down. I don't think I ever really got close to one that one ever did any damage to me. I did like the addition of the new race of creatures, along with the floating "bot". What was upsetting was that I couldn't scavange from their bodies. Oh, well.
I sure hope this won't be your last SS2 FM. From what I seen so far, you do amazing work, and would love to see another FM.
Hey, if you guys ever need any more help with audio, let me know. I have about $600 worth of audio gear hooked up to my computer, and I am buying some more next month. Currently what I have: Mackie 1202 Sound Console, Sure SM57 Mic, and Nuendo. I think I still have Cool Audio laying around here as well.

Dude, do you seriously think a lizard monster would be carrying nanites or hypos? :tsktsk:

It appears that your cutscenes don't want to play--check the FAQ stickied at the top of the forum for a suggested fix.
