RobD323 - i had problems starting Ponterbee. So I tried to play the AVI files
seperately through Windows and I was missing a video codec.
Do the sam and see if (and which) codec you are missing.
If it's is a Ligos one (not shipped with some versions of XP), I downloaded them (they are legally free if you look around although some companies try to sell them) and it has worked pefectly.

What on earth is up with Deck 5? I was having a kickass time doing a triple player campaign, and then, bam, we all get owned whenever we go up there. This mod is extremely good, and this whole Deck 5 thing is really screwing up the fun...

Any specific problem with deck 5, I noticed there were quite a few bots so either have emp grenades handy or get someone to use energy weapons.

Basically, only the host can actually play, the other two are "there", they can see other players, and even move and shoot them, but past that, they can't actually see any changes in the game. We just end up in the elevator, unable to open the door, while the host can do whatever.

Another person also said this happened aswell...it seems that you will have to wait until a fixed version is released. I'm sure you had fun up until then so it wont be a huge loss,

Well I finally finished it. This pack is a fantastic achievement and it really is difficult to speak about it in anything other than superlatives. It looked great, it played great, the story was good, the difficulty level was set just right, respawn of AI was not too annoying, you got to play with all the weapons... I could go on.
What I can't believe is it only took 11 months. :wot:
On the negative side (and you really have to think hard), it was a shame some of the new objects changed colour, there was a little too much equipment lying around (I ended up with bags of ammo and nearly 5000 nanites but having said that I found the original game a little too harsh in that area) and I wasn't sure about the Saurians (didn't really fit in but any new AI is a good thing!) but that is about it and they are very minor gripes.
So when is the next pack due out?

This campaign is alright so far. I especially like Baker's voice actor. He sounds as good as most of the Von Braun crew. Congrats to this guy (who is he anyway?).
EDIT: About deck 5, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one having a hard time there. Some parts of the mall are nearly DooM-esque...

The Omega Theory - I'm sorry, I can't help you. I never tested it in multiplayer. I don't have an internet connection on the computer where I built Ponterbee Station.
The_Dude - I'm working on an update. All the new objects are fixed in the next version.
JohnnyTheWolf - SlyFoxx did Barker's voice (and Smith) :) He did a lot of voice acting for Thief fanmissions.

A buddy and I have been playing the Ponterbee Station campaign and have been running into the problem that when loading a new level (i.e. taking the elevator from the Recreation desk to the Bridge), my buddy (who is the host) can open and see the elevator door open, whereas on my pc the doors won’t open and if we then try to load another save game his will start loading and stops when it tries to synchronize with mine, whereas mine don’t start loading and just stays in-game.
Have anyone run into the same problem and/or have an idea for a solution to the problem?
