All right! Man, I am living and breathing this game. This game is going to eat me. The multiplayer sounds great. Unlike Thief and Arx Fatalis, I won't play the single player seven or eight times then find myself unhappy because I know exactly where everything is at and what is going to happen, then finally, despairingly, put the game on my hall of fame shelf. This time I will now be able to continue in multiplayer!
I'm already starting a warband. I think it's going to be called Knights of Dei (Dei is the Latin for God). I wonder if I might get a few recruits from here? I already have two members.

Hey! The game isn't even out yet. And I plan on having a concentrated warband, anyway, going for skill rather than numbers.

Being a swordsman (at least before my hand problems), I have a few minor issues with the swordplay system. Firstly, if you bang your swords against each other like they do in the preview (and in epic blockbuster movies as well), they're going to break quite soon. You don't static block or hit them like that, you sort of slap them aside. It's called a parry. And secondly, you don't need to push a corpse off of your sword. It's as easy to pull it out as it is to put it in. "Sucking wounds" are a myth.
Still, it looks to be the most realistic swordplay system I've ever seen. But here's the thing; I wouldn't mind even if it wasn't realistic. Arx Fatalis had quiet a lousy swordplay system, and it's my favorite game ever. I feel as if I simply cannot wait for this!
