I just tried to use the New Posts button and I got this:

My maths is a little iffy, but I'm fairly sure 487 is higher than 5. This isn't just a one off, as it's done it several times in a row.

Also the idle timeout has been shortened a tad too much, I find halfway through a post I get the "you do not have permission" bollox

The idle-time for non-cookied users hasn't been touched in years. (Seriously)
The other is a bug in this version of vBulletin. It'll be solved when I upgrage to the latest version when it is released.
